Thank you for always translating the chapter!
You had a little typo on the chapter number though… xD

    • Oh dang, there’s always something! I went ahead and fixed it and re-uploaded it. Thanks for catching that!

You’re very much welcome! Glad to help!
But now there’s a problem with the link?

        • Do you have a batoto account? Since I re-uploaded the chapter, it’s now archived, which means that it can’t be viewed by people without an account. It will just give you an error message. So you either have to make an account, or if you don’t want to do that then you can get the chapter on mega which I’ve also updated.

            I see, thank you!

Hi EhScans. Do you know what the difference is between Shonen Jump and Young Jump? I was aware that GK is a weekly series, so I thought it is released in Shonen Jump. I looked it up and apparently it is released in Young Jump. Both are published by Shueisha, but I fail to see the difference between the two magazines. Is it that manga in Young Jump is for more mature readers? But there are Shonen Jump titles which also get pretty violent, so I’m confused.

            Hi gk-lover!

AFAIK, basically the two magazines cater to different traditional groups of readers. Shonen Jump target demography are ‘shounen’ (young male teens) while Young Jump caters to older male teens and young men (‘seinen’). (I said ‘traditional’ because nowadays both magazines actually see a lot of female readers too, but manga in both are still made with the traditional demography in mind.)

Although some Shounen Jump titles can get pretty violent too, basically the content is not as heavy, as dark, or as violent as titles in Young Jump. Young Jump titles are allowed to, for instance, portray violence that is more real and more graphic than Shounen Jump titles. You might see someone bleeds heavily in Shounen Jump, but in Young Jump you can see someone with realistically drawn intestines blown out. Many Shounen Jump titles revolve around themes that relate much more to younger teens such as ‘growing up/developing into a great person from nothing’.

each time i try to open the batoto link, i’m told i don’t have sufficient permission. how do i fix this?

    • It’s giving you that error because you don’t have a batoto account. You need to get one and log on to view that chapter. If you already DO have a batoto account and you’re getting that error, that I don’t know what the problem is. You’ll have to check on their site.
